Summary:
• The Health Informaticist is tasked with examining and interpreting large sets of medical/clinical data in order to help develop strategies for healthcare delivery, population management, and success in the value-based healthcare ecosystem. The Health Informaticist must possess a deep understanding of clinical data gathering, data storage and methods of data sharing. You must be able to skillfully interpret datasets as they relate to their organization's needs and goals.

As a Health Informaticist, you will:
• Conduct quality assurance of clinical data sources and repositories.
• Monitor clinical data flows (including parsers) to assure data quality (timeliness and completeness) and help troubleshoot.
• Conduct analyses and create associated SQL queries and reports
• Support and help develop clinical BI and workflow tools (Tableau, Clarity, etc.).
• Support mapping of clinical data using standard and custom ontologies.

You should get in touch if:
• You have 2+ years of experience with clinical data analytics.
• You have 2+ years experience w/ SQL.
• You have knowledge of and experience with electronic medical record systems.
• You are familiar with clinical program processes (ambulatory and/or acute care) and the data produced by them.
• You have knowledge of relational databases, data warehouses, and data management principles.
• You have knowledge and use of healthcare interoperability standards.
• You have knowledge of statistical methods.
• You have experience developing dashboards and advanced reports.
• You understand the Epic Clarity data model.
